Responsibilities

  • Leverage tools to automate and create efficiency in HR processes
  • Streamline our on-boarding and off-boarding processes, with an emphasis on GenZ
  • Develop a roadmap for standardizing our job description repository
  • Leverage AI to enhance HR efficiency and consistency by automating various tasks, for instance, job description creation
  • Streamline On-boarding Processes with a focus on GenZ
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HR Operations, and interview new hires to evaluate current on-boarding and procedures
  • Propose actionable strategies for HRBPs to enhance the on-boarding experience
  • Own job description repository project
  • Ensure all FSC roles have relevant job description
  • Recommend process to maintain repository
  • Research automation for updating current job descriptions to a new format
  • Analyze data to identify trends and recommend opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to HR projects
