Requirements

  • You have strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Foundational analytical skills and academic experience in social research methods.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks.
  • Passion for influencing stakeholders through storytelling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster positive working relationships.
  • Strong project management and excellent organizational skills.
  • Command of basic statistics theory.
  • Education and Experience:
  • Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience and a High school diploma/certificate or equivalent.
  • Must be a current bachelor's degree student graduating December 2024 or after.

Responsibilities

  • You will support the Manager, Market Research on primary qualitative and quantitative research projects, including clarifying market research objectives, designing research methodology, developing questionnaires and discussion guides, programming surveys, analyzing data, and putting together summative reports (either personally or in conjunction with external partners).
  • Works closely with internal stakeholders on a special internship project.
  • Analyzes available syndicated and secondary research and extracts insights relevant to support and enhance primary research projects.
  • Supports market research operations tasks that are foundational for a career in market research.
