Requirements

  • Knowledge of analytical and experimental skills and an engineering mindset.
  • Highly motivated, strong work ethic, organized, and detailed oriented.
  • Highly flexible and able to shift priorities as needed.
  • Self-starter with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Effective technical writing skills, including ability to write protocols, technical reports, and documents.
  • Education and Experience:
  • Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience and a High school diploma/certificate or equivalent.
  • Must be a current bachelor's degree student graduating December 2024 or after.

Responsibilities

  • You will support device characterization efforts of Clinical and Pre-Clinical study devices. Additionally, support Clinical study evaluations of new technologies.
  • Support failure mode analysis, root cause investigation, and problem solving to drive the understanding of in vivo device failures
  • Plan and execute post Clinical experiments for sensor and device performance characterization.
  • Establish and track metrics for Clinical failures across studies and programs to better determine frequency and possible root causes and/or critical parameters increasing/decreasing failures.
  • Work cross-functionally with R&D, new markets, and external partners to develop and characterize new product development efforts.
