The candidate must be a current undergraduate student graduating in Spring 2025, pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Aviation Management, Data Analytics, or related area of study. They should have data analytics capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The candidate should be able to handle simultaneous projects, have solid interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must be able to relocate to Chicago, IL, and be legally authorized to work in the United States. Experience in programming and an interest or knowledge of the aviation industry are preferred qualifications.

The intern will analyze business processes, build technology-based solutions, collaborate with partners, develop staffing recommendations using resource planning tools, and perform various analyses supporting corporate initiatives and labor agreements at United Airlines.
