Responsibilities

  • Servicing end-users at the TechBar
  • Troubleshooting basic computer or account issues preventing the end-user from completing their work
  • Maintaining existing processes and requirements for tickets and reporting of issues
  • Resolving basic hardware issues, troubleshooting software issues, and assisting users with account limitations
  • Contribute to the operations of the IT infrastructure within the campus, including but not limited to system patching, cabling, printer installation and maintenance, as well as asset tagging and tracking.
  • Speciality projects to test skills in a work environment
