What tasks will the intern be responsible for?
The intern will be responsible for servicing end-users at the TechBar, troubleshooting basic computer or account issues, maintaining processes for ticketing and reporting, resolving basic hardware and software issues, assisting users with account limitations, and contributing to IT infrastructure operations.
What are the working hours for this internship?
The intern is expected to work 25+ hours per week during normal business hours, which are Monday through Friday.
What qualifications are needed to apply for this internship?
Applicants must be currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program for at least another 12 months, maintain a minimum GPA of 2.8, and have a degree focusing on computer science, business information systems, or a related field.
