Responsibilities

  • Assists with the facilitation of Lean Kaizen events, supporting cross-functional teams in implementing process improvements.
  • Contributes to the promotion of the Continual Improvement/Lean Kaizen approach across the organization.
  • Supports the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives in various functional areas.
  • Collaborates with leadership to identify potential areas for Lean Kaizen events and assist in preparing project charters, goals, and objectives.
  • Participates in the creation and refinement of Continual Improvement/Lean training materials and curriculum.
  • Provides support to functional teams in reviewing performance metrics, identifying challenges, and suggesting opportunities for improvement.
  • Assists in delivering Continual Improvement/Lean training courses to associates at various organizational levels.
  • Helps in tracking and analyzing business performance metrics to measure the impact of process improvements.
  • Collaborates on the development and integration of new tools, technology, and strategies to support Lean initiatives.
  • Supports team members in establishing and maintaining performance scorecards and improvement targets.
  • Participates in data collection, analysis, and preparation for Lean Kaizen events, including tracking action items and following up on results.
  • Assists with coordinating follow-up meetings to ensure the sustainability of process improvements.
  • Contributes to research on external best practices to enhance the organization’s Lean methodology.
  • Communicates and collaborates with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
