  • Ability to simplify and reorganize content to cater to learners also a plus

Responsibilities

  • Update current learning materials as required.
  • Gain an understanding of adult learning theory and best practices in instructional design.
  • Provide input on learning design and technologies by researching learning innovations.
  • Use learning design software like Articulate 360, Vyond, Creative Suite apps, AI voice generator, etc to create effective learning outcomes.
