Responsibilities

  • Performs Methods Engineering analysis including process design, time, efficiencies and productivity studies.
  • Participates, facilitate and lead I.E. projects and programs within areas of responsibility.
  • Assists in the implementation of these projects into business with quality tools, supporting measures for success.
  • May provide cost analysis and return on investment calculations associated with project selection.
  • Help implement software solutions for logistic control, monitoring and reporting.
  • Conducts ergonomics / human factors evaluations, recommend and implement improvements to work area designs.
  • Develops and implements logistic facility design of plant layout, material handling systems, material staging and warehousing as desired.
  • Supports new processes introductions.
  • Calculates and maintains capacity data for materials processing, people, space, and equipment associated with Logistic processes.
  • Serves as a role model and sets the example, whose behavior is emulated by other team members.
  • Conduct safe behavior, follow proper protocols and procedures.
