Responsibilities

  • Assist Production Manufacturing Engineers in new equipment/format qualification and implementation of process improvements.
  • Learn Preparation and Fill Line technology (Parts Washers, Component Sterilizers, Filter Integrity Tester, Vial Washer, Depyrogenation Tunnel, Filling Machine, Isolator, Glove Tester, Capping Machine)
  • Support qualification of new format parts
  • Support qualification of new equipment
  • Support implementation of program/mechanical equipment changes
  • Analyze current manufacturing process and perform a gap analysis
  • Design and implement process improvements
  • Interns will be put into groups and be responsible for finding a local nonprofit organization to put together a community service day with.
