Responsibilities

  • Support fundraising and donor stewardship efforts by assisting with data entry, donor acknowledgment letters, and event preparation.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of donor activities including and not limited to events, digital campaigns, hospital engagements and all others as assigned.
  • Collaborate with the Foundation team on special projects, including campaign planning, marketing materials, and impact reporting.
  • May work on special projects and assignments for a department at Orlando Health.
  • Works with other team members on processes and procedures for the assigned department.
  • Job duties will vary depending on departmental needs and individual skills sets.
  • This is a temporary assignment for college students obtaining work experience.
  • Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
  • Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
  • Establishes and maintains an open communication process throughout the corporation that reaches patients, visitors, families, physicians, and team members such that each feels that they are treated special each time they encounter Orlando Health.
