Requirements

  • The status of current enrollment in school as a Business or HR Student
  • Experience in payroll, taxes, HR, time, and attendance.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills
  • Multi state payroll experience, payroll accounting knowledge
  • Report creation or writing knowledge.
  • Kronos software application experience.
  • Ability to manage work load independently.
  • Team oriented mindset are flexible, able and willing to learn and work through ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Have ADP Work Force or ADP Vantage experience.
  • Have Knowledge of current tax laws about payroll taxes, tax set up
  • Use Excel as a tool for data analysis and reporting
  • Understand Smart Compliance
  • Work on multistate payroll and taxes
  • Use the tool Kronos
