Responsibilities

  • Influencer Program Support: Manage influencer outreach, assist with packing and shipping mailers, and track content for the evergreen seeding program.
  • Campaign Coordination: Create content briefs for user-generated content (UGC), seeding campaigns, and paid influencer partnerships.
  • Research & Talent Scouting: Identify rising talent and influencers aligned with the brand's aesthetic for collaborations and seasonal activations.
  • Relationship Management: Assist with influencer communication, ensure partners meet deadlines, review and monitor content, and track campaign performance.
  • Data & Insights: Organize influencer insights and data, providing analysis to refine future partnerships.
  • Social Media Engagement: Oversee social media channels, engage with followers, and manage community interactions.
  • PR & Influencer Lists Maintenance: Update and maintain influencer and PR lists to keep campaigns organized and efficient.
