Candidates must be a rising junior or senior in college with a passion for education and community service, excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a desire to work collaboratively to improve outcomes for kids in the expanded learning space.

The intern will support the Program Design team in revising and simplifying curriculum content for Think Together programs, collaborating with team directors, attending meetings, and assisting with various tasks as assigned to gain knowledge and experience in the expanded learning space. Training will include general orientation, mentor meetings, and professional development sessions.

Under the mentorship of designated staff members, interns will work both independently and collaboratively with their departments on projects that support Think Together’s mission and operations. Interns will gain a broad understanding of how a particular department functions within the context of a large nonprofit organization and will develop skills and knowledge related to their academic and professional goals. Interns will also have opportunities to attend regular staff speaker series and professional development sessions.</li><li>The Program Design Intern will work with the Program Development Team, which is responsible for applying educational best practices and creating the curriculum, content, and resources utilized daily at Think Together sites across California.</li></ul>
