Candidates must be a rising junior or senior with at least 2 years of undergraduate coursework, possess excellent organization and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a passion for creating partnerships in education, nonprofit administration, and community service.

The intern will update educational resources, assist in organizing trainings, conduct program evaluations, create project plans, participate in meetings, and support various educational initiatives as directed by the Program Quality Director.

<ul><li>Interns will be placed with a department in Think Together’s headquarters based on their academic background, professional skills, interests, and goals. Under the mentorship of designated staff members, interns will work both independently and collaboratively with their departments on projects that support Think Together’s mission and operations. Interns will gain a broad understanding of how a particular department functions within the context of a large nonprofit organization and will develop skills and knowledge related to their academic and professional goals. Interns will also have opportunities to attend regular staff speaker series and professional development sessions.</li><li>The Program Quality Intern will support Think Together’s Director of Program Quality in ensuring, evaluating, and improving the quality and effectiveness of Think Together’s expanded learning programs.</li></ul>
