  • Highly proficient skill level with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Degree/Majors Preferred: Marketing, Management, Graphic Design, English or other writing-intensive disciplines

  • Self-starter with proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Support Proposal Managers with proposal development activities, team communications, and document control to control the proposal development process.
  • Create cross reference and compliance matrixes, forms, and outlines.
  • Take and distribute meeting notes with action items, assignments and deadlines clearly noted.
  • Track action items and escalate issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform compliance checks while compiling proposal documents or volumes to confirm that material provided by contributors meet RFP requirements or company guidelines.
  • Format proposals in accordance with Guidehouse standard proposal templates in Word and/or Power Point and assist proposal team members in use of the proposal template.
  • Discuss graphics and text requirements at various stages of completion and makes necessary changes as determined by customer
  • Archive final proposals and re-usable proposal content following final submission.
  • Support department projects or initiatives related to knowledge management, proposal design and graphics, or training
