What are the job responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Intern?
As the Talent Acquisition Summer Intern, you will assist with various aspects of the hiring process, including participating in team meetings, organizing recruitment events, preparing reports and data analysis related to recruitment metrics, supporting other recruitment activities, and conducting market research to present updates and findings to Talent Acquisition leadership.
What are the eligibility requirements for this internship?
To be eligible for the internship, you must be graduating in 2025 or 2026, be able to align your work schedule with Pacific Standard Time, permanently reside and work in the U.S., be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for full-time hybrid positions, and be available for the 1-week On-Site office experience in San Francisco, CA.
What are the program dates for the internship?
The 2025 program dates are from June 2 to August 15, 2025, with working hours of 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday on Pacific Standard Time.
Is there an opportunity for full-time employment after the internship?
Yes, this internship program serves as a prerequisite for consideration for the LEAP cross-functional rotational program, which prepares successfully performing trainees for a full-time entry-level role in one of the three Business Units—Supply Chain, Marketing, and Merchandising.
What is the target hourly pay for this position?
The target hourly pay for the Talent Acquisition Intern position is $23.00 per hour.
What qualifications and experience are required for this internship?
You should be currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Additionally, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask and manage time effectively, attention to detail, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, and an interest in recruitment and human resources practices are preferred.
Will I be working in person or remotely?
The internship is remote-eligible, but it includes one week on-site at the San Francisco headquarters.
