Responsibilities

  • The role will be primarily focused on supporting Portfolio Managers in the Team with their day-to-day investment management responsibilities and their fund deliverables (client reports, MSCI data, business planning, projections etc.)
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for external client reports, presentations, strategy documents and internal investment committee discussions.
  • Assist with portfolio and property level financial analysis, including cash flow modelling, buy/hold/sell analysis, reporting and performance measurement.
  • Support with portfolio administration and management of processes, through liaison and coordination with internal LaSalle departments and external suppliers (e.g., valuers, performance measurers, consultants, auditors, etc.)
  • Liaise closely with JLL asset managers to prepare and execute portfolio-level and asset-level business plans.
