What is the duration of the internship program?
The internship program is 10 weeks long, commencing on Monday, 16th June 2025.
What is the salary for the internship?
The pro-rata annual salary for the internship is £27,007.50.
What educational background is required to apply for the internship?
Applicants should be second or final year students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree. However, we are open to applications from all candidates regardless of their educational background.
What types of activities will interns engage in during the program?
Interns will assist in research and analysis on compensation trends, support the design and implementation of compensation programs, prepare materials for executive compensation committee meetings, and collaborate with various teams on executive compensation matters, among other responsibilities.
Is prior experience in compensation or corporate governance required?
Prior coursework or experience in compensation, benefits, or corporate governance is preferred but not required.
How can applicants submit their application?
Applicants can submit their resume and cover letter detailing their interest in the internship position.
When is the submission deadline for applications?
The submission deadline is Monday, 24th March 2025, or until enough candidates have applied, followed by final interviews in the week commencing 21st April 2025.
