  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in treasury operations, financial data analysis, risk management, and the application of technical skills in a dynamic corporate environment. The ideal intern will have a foundational understanding of Python scripting, front-end development (HTML/CSS), and the ability to craft SQL queries. This knowledge will be instrumental as the Treasury Data Analyst Intern works closely with our treasury team to analyse financial data, support treasury operations, and contribute to strategic decision-making. This role is perfect for those looking to apply their technical skills directly to financial contexts, offering insights and solutions to enhance our financial strategies and operations


  • Second or final year student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior coursework or experience in compensation, benefits, or corporate governance is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to executive compensation (e.g., SEC rules, proxy advisory guidelines) is a plus.

  • Assist in conducting research and analysis on compensation trends, benchmarking data, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the design and implementation of compensation programs, including base salary, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives.
  • Assist in preparing materials for executive compensation committee meetings, including analysis of compensation plans and proposals.
  • Participate in the development and communication of compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, legal, and external consultants, on executive compensation matters.
  • Assist in preparing proxy disclosures and other regulatory filings related to compensation.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the Reward leadership team.
