Requirements

Organized self-starter who shows great attention to detail.
Strength in verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
Applicants must be enrolled in a post-secondary program.
Driver’s license with access to a car for the summer (optional)

Responsibilities

Research/update tenant and related information in our database. The information gathered and stored will be used by research for analysis and our sales team for business development pursuits.
Miscellaneous data projects in support of the research data integrity program.
Meet weekly targets to ensure project deadlines will be achieved.
Present project summary based on objective/goal (TBD) which will be based on the data collection process. This summary will be presented at the end of the work term.
Maintain a professional attitude and sincere work ethic.
