What is the location of the internship?
The internship is flexible for a hybrid schedule from Portland, Maine.
What type of tasks will the intern be responsible for?
The intern will support the Vendor Management Team in assessing vendor risks, clear the backlog of vendors, conduct data entry for vendor diligence analytics, and drive operational improvements through project-based work, among other responsibilities.
What qualifications are required for the internship?
Candidates should be a rising junior, senior, or master's-level student in a degree/certificate-seeking accredited program.
Are there specific skills the intern should possess?
Yes, strong project management skills, communication skills (both written and verbal), quantitative and analytical skills, and interpersonal skills are important. Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets is a plus.
Is prior experience in Procurement required for this role?
No, prior experience in Procurement is desired but not required.
What is the pay range for the internship?
The pay range for the internship is $18.00 - $23.00 per hour.
