Responsibilities

  • Ensure project deliverables are met in accordance with customers' expectations, requirements, and timelines
  • Collaborate with various teams and partners to determine customer requirements and specifications
  • Build and maintain relationships with team members, management, key stakeholders, and partners
  • Conduct research and preparation of reference material
  • Write online reference material, instructions, and communications
  • Ensure clear, concise, and effective communication of material
  • Use copywriting/editing methodologies and practices to create marketing communications materials for various digital and print mediums
  • Identify, communicate, and resolve technical, tactical, and operational project issues and risks
  • Create/produce concepts/copywriting for internal communications and campaigns, identifying the correct message and tone for the audience, message, and intended impact
  • Create presentations to stakeholders and management on initiatives, objectives, plans, and results
  • Administer and contribute to the development of web content for internal customers
  • Ensure communications content is leveraged against latest SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) capabilities to support department brand awareness and maximal accessibility of information across the enterprise
  • Perform on-going quality control to ensure accuracy and currency of information, processes, & procedures
  • Research marketing communications resources to include creative methods for copy and advertising
  • Keep current with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory, copyright considerations and communicate changes to staff
