Requirements

  • A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:
  • Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university and will be enrolled full time in Spring 2024.
  • Be majoring in or having majored in an Engineering, Technical, or Business Management degree.
  • Be available to work part-time (20 hours per week) during Spring 2024.
  • U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with Microsoft, Word, Excel, Access, Visio and Power Point
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Willingness to grow and learn in a technical/engineering environment
  • The successful candidate must possess effective time management skills
  • The successful candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The successful candidate must possess a high-level of confidence and be a self-starter
  • Ability to learn new tools and processes as related to technology and software

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with multiple levels of staff (PMs and Engineers) to finalize presentations
  • Coordinate with multiple levels of staff (PMs and Engineers) to establish timelines, deadlines, coordinate, and schedule meetings
  • Organize, track, and maintain project and program documentation
  • Participate in program meetings as requested
  • Assist in the preparation of materials to support program meetings
  • Assist with processing staff expense reports and adjudicate issues
  • Assist with special projects and tasks from functional areas that support the S&AS Business Area
