What is the duration of the International Management Trainee Program?
The duration of the International Management Trainee Program is 12 months.

What contract type will trainees receive?
Trainees will receive a permanent contract from the beginning of the trainee program.
What business functions will trainees be exposed to during the program?
Trainees will have the opportunity to work in Commercial Track (Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Finance, HR) and Operations Track (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain & Operations, HR).
Are there any specific visa requirements to apply for this program?
Yes, applicants must have valid permanent working rights in the Netherlands; orientation year visa or sponsorship visa are not sufficient to progress in the recruitment.
What qualifications are required to apply?
Candidates should have a University Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, graduated on or after 2024, with a maximum of 1 year of working experience after graduation. Strong proficiency in English is required.
