Requirements

  • Interest or experience in the music industry, marketing, promotions, content, digital and social
  • Passion for music and music culture
  • Creative thinker who loves innovative marketing strategies and the opportunity to ideate
  • Competent and confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated and driven
  • Ability to forge strong relationships with internal team members and external partners
  • Knowledge of online and digital platforms including social media and streaming services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite skills preferred but not require
  • The role is office based (Covent Garden London)
  • Travel 0-10%

Responsibilities

  • Marketing:
  • Participate in and contribute ideas to marketing meetings and campaign planning
  • Work with the team to evolve the strategies across social, digital, creative, content, streaming, and audience engagement
  • Assist team with meetings calendar
  • Book travel for artists and staff when required
  • Weekly checks on physical stock levels
  • Promotions:
  • Maintain artist published press docs
  • Support marketing managers with artist interview scheduling
  • Coordinate ticket buys with promoters
  • Tour guestlist management
  • Reporting:
  • Collate and send weekly artist reports from each department
  • Pull weekly streaming and social numbers, and radio spins
  • Monitor streaming and Shazam trends for focus artists/songs
  • Prepare and present a recap of learnings and insights for members of the company at end of internship
