What is the duration of the internship?
The internship is a minimum 10-week assignment for Summer 2025.
Where is the internship location?
The internship will be based at our 2031 Deyerle Ave, Harrisonburg, VA location.
What is the expected work schedule for the internship?
The internship requires 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
Will the interns receive compensation?
Yes, selected interns will receive a monthly salary as well as a housing stipend.
What kind of projects will interns be involved in?
Interns will work on real-world business scenarios, teaming up with members from the project team to complete projects based on business unit specifications.
Are there any professional development opportunities for interns?
Yes, interns will have opportunities for business insights sessions with the Senior Leadership team, professional development, and social activities with other interns and colleagues.
What skills are preferred in candidates for this internship?
Preferred candidates will have a strong record of leadership, problem-solving aptitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to personal and professional growth.
What academic qualifications are required?
Candidates must be “Rising Seniors” in a relevant degree or certification/licensure program with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
What software experience is required for the internship?
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, as well as experience with AutoCAD or similar software, is required.
Is prior work experience required for this internship?
While it is preferred, it is not mandatory; candidates with one year of prior work experience will be given preference.
Are international students eligible to apply for the internship?
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
