Requirements

  • Required Qualifications: Post HS education focusing on a bachelor’s degree, any major or discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Applicant pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business studies (focus in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field).

Responsibilities

  • Support the business teams of Tiffany & Co. in satisfying their associated procurement needs by assisting in the request for quotations/proposal process. Analyze vendor proposals and contribute to the scorecard/review process to select the vendor that provides the best total cost of ownership for the Company, while meeting the established quality standards and specifications.
  • Review and analyze the spend data of the IT and Logistics categories to identify and recommend opportunities for improvement such as contract consolidation, right sizing of the supplier base, and/or establishment of multi-year contracts. Liaise accordingly with business stakeholder teams to gather feedback on supplier performance, document business requirements, and to capture future budgetary plans.
  • Assist in the tracking and review of supplier performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contract terms and conditions. Work with the Global Procurement Contract Manager to update standard templates and to support the legal review process.
  • Ad hoc/as required special projects to assist the Global Procurement organization in meeting their performance goals and supporting the Company’s corporate initiatives related to Supplier Diversity and Sustainability.
