Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate and apply knowledge of style concepts in jewelry, product, fashion, and art as they relate to Tiffany design.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Core Communication Channels:
  • Assist the team in managing editorial calendar for up-to-date information regarding newsletters, communications, events, and sales.
  • Assist in the creation of internal communication assets, including writing and editing content for newsletters, emails, intranet posts, digital signage, internal social media, and other communication channels.
  • Assist in production processes, including intranet, digital signage and newsletter publishing.
  • Contribute to Team Projects:
  • Support the planning and execution of internal events, such as global and HR-focused town halls, Brand Immersion sessions, video shoots, and/or other activities.
  • Provide Communication Support to Business Partners Within and Outside of HR:
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as HR, marketing and leadership to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Act as liaison for internal communications team and Global Retail Communications on a new engagement-focused internal app.
  • Assist on and gain insight into Marketing 360 briefs. Provide advice and help create communication plans on Internal Communications’ communications recommendations, and gain insights into other teams’ go-live cadence and deliverables (Marketing, Social, Site, Email, etc.).
  • Administrative Support:
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the internal communication team.
