Team Overview:

  • Baird’s Operations Department (“Ops”) is the best kept secret in the financial services industry and plays a critical role to the success and growth or the firm. We partner with the different business and functions within Baird with the goal of driving efficiencies and reducing risk to the firm. The Client Account Setup & Documentation team processes all documents and forms necessary to open, change and maintain client accounts.
