What kind of projects will I be working on as an intern?
You will be modeling real-world structural CAE problems for the Transportation and Mobility industry, including applications such as engine, powertrain, battery, chassis, and body systems.
What academic qualifications are required for this internship?
You must be actively enrolled in a Masters of Science or Doctoral program in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering with an emphasis on Structural FEA/CAE, and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3.
Is prior experience with CAE tools necessary?
Yes, course/lab experience using commercial CAE tools is required.
What skills are emphasized for this position?
Strong interest and solid knowledge of structural mechanics, FEA, durability, script programming (Python), and experience with complex graphics tools are emphasized.
Is this a paid internship?
