Requirements

  • to be in your penultimate year of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree; or
  • to be in your final year of an undergraduate degree with a one year postgraduate place confirmed; and
  • to have achieved or be on track to pass an undergraduate degree or above in any subject. We determine whether you're on course to pass based on the grades you achieved in your last completed year of academic study. Whilst we welcome applications from all candidates who are on track to pass an undergraduate degree, for this particular role, academic achievements will be considered in more depth as part of the screening process.
  • relevant experience and extracurricular activities that demonstrate your transferable skills to consulting (e.g. leadership, problem solving, teamwork, organisational skills, communication skills)
  • given the nature of this role and our client work, we will not only assess candidates on their English language skills, but it is also desirable (but not essential) for candidates to speak a major European language to a business fluent level.

Responsibilities

  • Building hypotheses and collaborating to address client questions
  • Identifying, collecting, interpreting, and analysing data
  • Conducting interviews and deriving insights from qualitative inputs
  • Presenting findings to team members, clients, and senior stakeholders
  • Participating in team events, industry-specific lunch-and-learns, and pipeline meetings
