The main focus of the position is to gain experience in embedded systems development, specifically in hardware and software engineering for automotive body, comfort, and thermal management applications.
What qualifications are required for this role?
Candidates should be currently studying electrical engineering, mechatronics engineering, or a similar field. Additionally, familiarity with lab equipment and programming experience with embedded C for microcontrollers is required.
What can I expect to learn during this internship/working student experience?
You will learn about MOTIX™ MCUs and their usage in the automotive industry, design application test routines, develop small application boards, and work on debugging and testing application boards in a laboratory environment.
Is prior experience in circuit design required?
While prior experience with analog and digital circuit design and PCB design is ideal, it is not a strict requirement, as long as candidates have programming experience and a willingness to learn.
How many hours can I work as a working student?
As a working student, you can work part-time during the lecture period, with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
