Responsibilities

  • - Ensuring that all Gallup users, including visiting associates, have world-class technical support to do their jobs perfectly.
  • - Building close relationships with Gallup associates and educating them in a Microsoft Windows end-user and server environment and in an Apple Mac environment.
  • - Supporting all office technology and equipment, including troubleshooting workstations and workstation software.
  • - Maintaining network equipment (e.g., file servers, routers and switches).
  • - Monitoring all critical business systems and applications for up-time and availability.
