Requirements

  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office, computer hardware, and computer networks
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40 lbs.
  • Must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and independent problem solving
  • This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing

Responsibilities

  • Support the technology team with the maintenance of hardware, software, and other systems as needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment, i.e. printers, computers, etc.
  • Run software updates and backups as requested
