Responsibilities

  • Work with colleagues and business partners to assess relevant industry trends, identify business requirements and to assist in building capabilities and solutions to meet our long-term leadership goals.
  • Leverage technologies such as: ServiceNow, Power Apps, Power BI, AI and others.
  • Participate in solution development and design for AI automation and Asset Lifecycle Management initiatives which include recommending catalog items for automation, enabling Tech Chef to interact with personalization and IT System Operations Analytics.
  • Develop solutions to improve internal ways of workings/processes within the function and/or cross-weekly.
  • Engage in software asset management activities and explore the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including ServiceNow Virtual Agent, automation, and generative AI.
  • Analyze data related to service desk inquiries and knowledge search patterns to recommend improvements to the automation processes.
