The ideal candidate for the John Hancock CPA Summer Internship Program 2024 at Manulife should be committed to attaining CPA certification, have strong communication and analytical skills, be well-organized and detail-oriented, possess a high level of initiative and a strong work ethic, be able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, be highly motivated, have an academic background in Accounting or Finance with expected graduation in 2024, and have strong digital literacy in Microsoft Office applications.

The candidate will have the opportunity to network with fellow students, volunteer, attend events with guest speakers, learn about the company culture, receive on-the-job training in Accounting, gain exposure to a complex financial services organization, and network with employees at all levels.
