Responsibilities

  • Develop knowledge of business’ technological needs through regular engagement with Kering and brand teams
  • Work with VP on issues reported by brands and Kering departments, keep track of status and drive to resolution
  • Collaborate with business partners and enable them to articulate technology needs and requirements in their function
  • Identify opportunities for business process creation or modification that will result in efficiencies and higher service levels to our internal customers
  • Work with business units to ensure they have capacity and capability to implement changes required by new technology solutions
  • Work with VP in evaluating the services provided by Kering Tech teams, the results and industry trends and make recommendations to improve processes and resolve operational issues to enhance end user service
  • Contribute to the Kering Tech Quality of Service in the region
