Responsibilities

  • - Assisting with negotiation and arbitration logistics.
  • - Supporting Labor Relations personnel with grievances, effects bargaining and operations initiatives.
  • - Conducting legal research to share with internal and external audiences.
  • - Gathering confidential information in response to inquiries.
  • - Archiving and maintaining documents.
  • - Supporting projects and initiatives.
  • - Performing other job-related duties as requested.
  • - This position will also be trained as a backup to assist with the coverage of administrative functions.
