  • The Leadership Development Coordinator Intern will play a crucial role in advancing the department's strategic initiatives by undertaking hands-on tasks. In addition to practical learning, the intern will gain insights into the innovative aspects of Leadership Development, and logistical planning and implementation of customized programs for various employee groups across the country.

Requirements

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Enrolled in/graduated from a university degree program preferred.
  • Demonstrates integrity and maintains confidentiality in all job responsibilities.
  • Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical, and professional manner.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude; dependable and requires minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Results-driven achiever with exemplary planning and organizational skills, along with a high degree of detail orientation.
  • Demonstrates robust assessment, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to commit to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Leadership Development Advisors on program priorities, department projects, and companywide initiatives.
  • Assist in the logistics, preparation, coordination, and scheduling of Leadership Development programs.
  • Focus on meeting internal and external customer needs, ensuring quality and timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage program materials, room set-up, report auditing, and scheduling deliveries.
  • Support project tasks involving research, data management and analysis, and reporting.
  • Provide regular updates on project task status to mentors and Leadership Development Advisors.
