Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship.
  • Is fluent in English, both written and verbal, and has excellent communication skills.
  • Has a versatile skillset, with a strong mix of design, data analysis, and project management abilities.
  • Has expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT) and proficiency in design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  • Is flexible, proactive, and able to work effectively in fast-paced environments with a Yes I Can attitude.
  • Is a team player with a global mindset, able to work with a variety of different stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Has hospitality industry experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and review of training materials (e-learnings, videos, step-by-step guides, etc.) to optimize user experience
  • Design learning resources, catalogues and engagement collaterals
  • Contribute to different Learning and Development initiatives with our team to meet business objectives
  • Support the administration of our LMS: Radisson Academy Online
  • Assist the L&D team in extracting insights from training reports and contribute to making data-driven decisions on our offer.
  • Collaborate in the development of presentations and webinars for internal and external purposes
  • Conduct market analyses and investigate industry trends to identify new ways of creating learning experiences
