Responsibilities

  • Content Creation:
  • Develop and design engaging slides, takeaways, and other learning support materials that simplify complex concepts and enhance learner retention.
  • Assist in the creation and refinement of content that is both educational and engaging, meeting the high standards of Paradox's learning strategy.
  • LMS Course Creation and follow-up:
  • Participate in the development of courses on our Learning Management System (LMS), from structuring modules to integrating interactive elements.
  • Ensure all LMS content aligns with instructional goals and is optimized for the best user experience.
  • Follow-up user satisfaction and suggest the improvements.
  • Video Review and Editing:
  • Curate the video content that would be part of our e-learning experience.
  • Use PX templates to edit and refine video content, ensuring it meets production standards and educational objectives.
  • Provide support during video production phases, reviewing footage and suggesting edits to maximize educational impact.
  • Support in Design of the Core Coaching Program:
  • Contribute to the design of both live and online learning activities within our core coaching programs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure that learning activities are effective, engaging, and aligned with our educational philosophy.
