Responsibilities

  • Assists the nominated apprenticeship project lead in the delivery of specific apprenticeship projects/work streams/programmes.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all elements of the apprenticeship projects/workstreams/programmes to inform an effective and informed first point of contact to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the apprenticeship project lead, to determine the priority/relevance of apprenticeship project aspects and take forward tasks as delegated by the apprenticeship project lead.
  • Provide an effective and efficient comprehensive administrative service to the apprenticeship project lead, including developing policies/protocols/processes to ensure the smooth running of apprenticeship projects and programme delivery.
  • Liaise with service leads, training providers and employees to ensure apprentices are placed on the appropriate programmes and all supporting processes, documents and contracts are implemented to ensure compliance with government apprenticeship funding rules.
  • Analyse and interpret statistics and information, to contribute to reports for internal and external stakeholders.
