  • As a member of the Legal team you’ll have 3 main projects:
  • Assisting the legal department with creating, editing, and managing legal agreements, documents, and contracts.
  • Ensuring all company-wide legal documents are up to date.
  • Working with the legal team as needed on any ongoing projects or pertinent tasks.
  • In This Role, You Will:
  • Conducting legal research on various topics, including artificial intelligence and intellectual property.
  • Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
  • Maintaining and updating various trackers, including ongoing litigation, pending legislation, and internal contracts.
  • Assisting in the preparation of presentations, memos, articles, and reports for internal and external use.
  • Providing general administrative support to the legal department.
