Responsibilities
As a member of the Legal team you’ll have 3 main projects:
Assisting the legal department with creating, editing, and managing legal agreements, documents, and contracts.
Ensuring all company-wide legal documents are up to date.
Working with the legal team as needed on any ongoing projects or pertinent tasks.
In This Role, You Will:
Conducting legal research on various topics, including artificial intelligence and intellectual property.
Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
Maintaining and updating various trackers, including ongoing litigation, pending legislation, and internal contracts.
Assisting in the preparation of presentations, memos, articles, and reports for internal and external use.
Providing general administrative support to the legal department.
