Responsibilities

  • Deal Desk Support: Help operationalize the deal desk process, ensuring we have the frameworks and procedures in place to support a core function of Turion Space. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Business Development, Engineering, etc.) to facilitate efficient contract workflows; assist in ensuring contracts align with company policies and goals.
  • Template Development: Help create or refine standardized contract templates and clause libraries, contributing to the development of Turion Space’s deal desk processes.
  • Legal Research: Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices that impact contract drafting and negotiation, especially those relevant to aerospace.
  • Contract Management: Support the organization and maintenance of contract databases; ensure accurate tracking of all agreements and key obligations, including setting up trackers using spreadsheets and databases.
