Responsibilities

  • Review and analysis of Corporate Documents:
  • Assist in the review of corporate documents, including articles of incorporation, bylaws, and resolutions, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Physical Filing:
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining physical legal files.
  • Ensure proper labelling and categorization of documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to establish an efficient filing system.
  • Electronic Filing:
  • Manage and organize electronic legal documents and records.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of electronic files.
  • Document Retrieval:
  • Assist legal team members in retrieving both physical and electronic documents.
  • Ensure timely and accurate retrieval of information as needed.
  • Quality Control:
  • Conduct regular reviews of physical and electronic files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and rectify any discrepancies in the filing system.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with legal professionals to understand filing requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve filing processes.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed.
  • Perform tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
