Requirements

  • Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Experience: Previous internship experience in operations, project management, or a related area is preferred. Experience with process documentation and training is highly advantageous.
  • Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop clear and effective training materials and communications.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to track data and derive meaningful insights for operational improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiar with project management tools.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy Enhancement: Assist in refining live campaign plans to ensure they are optimized for success within the US market.
  • Operational Configuration and Execution: Help set up and execute live campaigns, ensuring technical and logistical requirements are met.
  • Effective Communication and Training: Facilitate clear communication channels and provide training for team members on campaign processes and tools.
  • -Standardization of Processes: Continuously document and update campaign execution processes and strategies as SOPs, enhancing efficiency and replicability across the team.
  • Independent Campaign Management: Take charge of US-based campaigns, overseeing all aspects from planning to execution, under supervision.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
