Responsibilities

  • Support the approval process of interactive projects in all stages of the product lifecycle, facilitating the timely delivery of feedback to meet production deadlines.
  • Participate in weekly recurring functional meetings, taking and distributing meeting notes, tracking timely follow up on action items and facilitating the coordination and collaboration throughout the production process.
  • Support the management/upkeep/archiving of build submissions and documentation and provide builds to internal partners to support catalog distribution of titles.
  • Maintain production team calendar including key milestone dates and build submissions, stakeholder meetings, and key public communications.
  • May assist with other production department administrative tasks as requested during the internship.
  • Assist with database integration, and report generation across multiple projects.
  • Play game development builds to generate brand and qualitative feedback.
