The Manager in Training will embark on a dynamic journey through 4 rotations focusing on Client Advisor Journey, Retail Excellence Journey, Headquarters Immersion, and Management Journey, aimed at developing management skills in a luxury retail environment.
How long is each rotation in the program?
Each rotation lasts approximately 3 months, except for the Headquarters Immersion which can last between 3 to 6 months, and the Management Journey which lasts approximately 6 months.
Is relocation required for this position?
Yes, candidates must be open to local and international relocation as it is mandatory for this role.
