Requirements

As with any job, we do have certain criteria that you will need to meet to be considered for one of these highly sought-after opportunities. These are detailed as follows;
First and foremost, Hilton is a hospitality company and we are looking for individuals with a strong sense of alignment to our culture and values.
Must be in your second year of undergraduate study at the point of application studying a degree with a year in industry.
A Hospitality or Business Management/Marketing related degree is preferred. However, we will consider applicants from other disciplines provided that you are able to demonstrate a strong desire to progress a career in this area.
Must be available to start in July 2024, for the full 12-month duration.
Must be eligible to work in the UK. If you are a non-UK national, without EU Settled or Pre-Settled Status then you will need to be studying at a UK university to be eligible to undertake a placement here.
Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).
The ideal candidate will have at least an interest in the hotel/hospitality industry if not relevant to your degree or any work experience you might have.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable prioritizing tasks and working to deadlines.
Knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

As the EMEA Marketing & Loyalty intern, you will play an active role in our continued success. You will carry out a range of administrative/support activities, as well as having ownership of your own project-based initiatives. 
The EMEA Marketing & Loyalty team brings to life the unique promise of Hilton's portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns, as well as leading our Hilton Honors regional loyalty programme strategy, to drive business results.
This role is responsible for supporting initiatives to drive the growth and engagement of the Hilton Honors base across the EMEA region. As a part of the team that drives Hilton Honors, our 150-million-member strong global community, you will analyse regional industry and member trends to deliver initiatives designed to drive regional program performance. In addition, you will support the team to ensure we successfully deliver customer-led differentiated program and benefit capabilities that elevate the member experience and build brand affinity within the EMEA region.
Day to day, you will support with program strategy and marketing initiatives to ensure we are both communicating with and supporting our hotels, members and cross-functional partners effectively
You will collate and analyse information, helping us to monitor our Hilton Honors performance and you will have the opportunity to input your own ideas on how we can further drive performance across both program and marketing initiatives.
