Responsibilities

  • Execute digital campaigns for the marketing channels in the Middle East and Africa region, as well as for Official Institutions Group where appropriate - working with the EMEA marketing manager, channel marketers, and Marketo SMEs
  • Partner with the global digital marketing team to post or update materials on relevant websites and social media.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to align event goals with broader company objectives. Supporting marketing events where appropriate.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager for EMEA in daily administrative tasks
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and partner communications.
  • Support the management and tracking of channel marketing programs, promotions, and partner incentives.
  • Help organize and distribute relevant sales materials and resources.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and provide updates.
  • Assisting in the global Controls Rationalisation, Assurance and Testing programme
  • Assist in production of Governance reporting materials and help to develop, improve and automate reporting capabilities
  • Provide appropriate management information as required to support business unit decision making
  • Working with colleagues and subject matter experts to review the impact of new or proposed regulations on SSGA’s business, documenting assessments and performing gap analysis
  • Assist in identification, documentation and resolution of issues and incidents
  • Contribute to a wide variety of initiatives as a dependable and flexible resource
